Lifetime Warranty Policy

The lifetime warranty applies only to controllers sold or repaired with Hall Effect sensors. This warranty specifically covers joystick drift issues.
Controllers showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty.

Shipping Costs

We’re happy to cover the labour and parts costs associated with the repair, but please note that shipping costs aren’t included in the warranty and will need to be covered by the customer.
